Pumpkin patch visit

This picture is from early October. We've made an annual ritual of visiting a pumpkin patch in October. This year, the one we went to had a corn maze and the kids had a great time getting lost in it. It's been so warm lately that it doesn't feel much like fall. We're going to be a little late getting out the apple cider and warm stews. We are getting some beautiful fall color and are spending lots of time doing things outdoors. We took the entire month of October off school to enjoy the weather. There will be plenty of time in January to stay indoors and study.
